1951 Yankee of the Past: Hank Borowy

"Hank returned in 1950 to the American League where his major league career began. He had a 1-1 record with an earned run average of 3.27.
He was with the Yankees in his rookie year, 1942. Sent to the Cubs during the 1945 season, his record was 10-5 for New York, 11-2 for Chicago. This tied a big-league pitching mark of 21 wins in a season split between an American League and a National League team."
